Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Administration Clerk (Port Mac)
A Business located in Port MacDonnell SA is seeking a Administration Clerk. The position is Part-time working approx. 30 hours per week (Sept to April - 5 days per week) and reduced to approx. 15 hours per week (May to Aug - 2 to 3 days per week).
Duties will include:
Collating all correspondence
Processing of staff payroll
Inventory
Accounts payable & receivable
Invoicing & pricing
Bank reconciliations including completing BAS and PAYG
Word processing and data entry
Other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous payroll and accounting experience is essential
Experience using MYOB Accounting software package
Proficient using Microsoft Office Word and Excel and email/ internet experience.
Must have good communication skills
Able to work unsupervised and self motivated
Must demonstrate own initiative, be well presented and trustworthy
